Role Summary:
As a Product Developer Machine-Rolled Cigares, you will support new product development and product changes from sample creation to first production. You’ll work closely with Technical Leads and Operations to run trials, update specifications, ensure regulatory compliance, and secure smooth factory implementation. You will also contribute to quality evaluations, simplification initiatives, and occasionally lead smaller development projects.

What can you expect as a Product Development at Scandinavian Tobacco Group? Your primary tasks will be:
- On the job training program to get familiar with all Product Development aspects and production processes
- Support senior Product Developer with NPD projects or lead small NPD projects as assigned.
- Prepare samples and support trial runs and first productions.
- Maintain accurate product specifications and support SAP setup.
- Collaborate with Operations, QA, Regulatory, and other key teams.
- Analyze quality/lab results.
- Support simplification, cost‑reduction, and efficiency initiatives.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
- Passion for product development, ideally with a scientific background (agricultural studies/ (bio-chemistry).
- Good knowledge with Powerpoint, Excel, PowerBI.
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus.
- Structured, detail‑oriented, and able to stay focused.
- Creative mindset and curiosity for how products are made.
- Team player, open to feedback, and willing to learn.
- Interest in tobacco or similar product categories.
- Experience in product development, raw materials, or industries like tea, chocolate, or agriculture is a plus.
- Suitable for recent graduates as well.
