What are we looking for:

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support our tactical and operational procurement functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strategies for standard product categories, processing purchase contracts, supporting bidding processes, and aligning with suppliers and the wider category management team to ensure smooth departmental running.

What can you expect as a Sourcing Specialist at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?

Inputting order information onto internal systems. Including updates and amendments
Providing administrative support to the wider category management team.
Liasing with suppliers regarding order management and ad-hoc queries.
Ability to interpret and analyse departmental data to ensure departmental efficiency.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
