What are we looking for:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Employee to be the first point of contact for our customers and the internal organization at the location in the Netherlands (Waalre). You will be a part of the Customer Service team and report to the Customer Service Team lead. Are you the team player who wants to be part of our energetic and enthusiastic team?
What can you expect?
• Together with your colleagues, you take care of the entire purchasing and sales process of incoming orders and their handling
• Managing orders and processing invoices
• Handling product changes
• Assisting customers via phone and email and resolving complaints promptly
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
You are customer-focused, proactive, and service-oriented with strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Your results-driven, hands-on approach, coupled with clear communication, fosters effective teamwork and delivery.
Other requirements:
• MBO working and thinking level
• Relevant work experience in a similar position
• Experience in processing orders within ERP systems
• Proficiency in utilizing the entire MS Office package
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and French. Preferably in Dutch too.

Waar zijn we naar op zoek?
Scandinavian Tobacco Group Benelux zoekt voor haar locatie in Nederland (Waalre) een Customer Service Employee. Als Customer Service Employee ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en de interne organisatie. Je maakt deel uit van het Customer Service team en rapporteert aan de Customer Service Teamlead. Ben jij de teamplayer die ons energieke en enthousiaste team komt versterken?
Wat kun je verwachten?
• Samen met je collega's zorg je voor het volledige inkoop- en verkoopproces van binnenkomende orders en de afhandeling ervan
• Je zorgt voor een juiste administratieve verwerking van orders en facturen in ons ERP systeem
• Je draagt zorg voor het verwerken van productmutaties
• Je staat klanten te woord via telefoon en email en zorgt voor juiste afwikkeling van vragen en klachten.
Jouw profiel:
Je bent klantgericht, proactief en servicegericht met sterke administratieve vaardigheden en oog voor detail. Je resultaatgerichte, hands-on mentaliteit, in combinatie je communicatieve vaardigheden dragen bij aan een effectieve samenwerking.
Andere vereisten:
• MBO werk- en denkniveau
• Relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
• Ervaring met het verwerken van orders binnen ERP-systemen
• Vaardigheid in het gebruik van het volledige MS Office-pakket
• Je beheerst de Engelse en Franse taal in woord en geschrift. Bij voorkeur ook in het Nederlands.
