ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join our Maintenance Department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning across various buildings and facilities. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to support project planning and execution, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety and technical standards.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Carry out preventive maintenance programs in different areas of buildings, including HVAC, electrical, and electromechanical systems.
- Supervise all maintenance work on the building(s), ensuring that quality, safety, and energy efficiency standards are met.
- Coordinate periodic inspections of HVAC systems, electrical substations, distribution panels, industrial lighting, and backup power systems.
- Interpret and draw electrical and air conditioning plans.
- Work with the immediate supervisor to plan new construction, remodeling, and the purchase of technical equipment according to the company's needs.
- Collaborate in the logistics of construction projects, installation of electrical and air conditioning systems, and specialized technical support.
- Review and receive civil and technical works for projects in progress.
- Evaluate internal and external supplier budgets related to electrical and HVAC maintenance.
- Monitor energy and drinking water consumption, proposing efficiency improvements.
- Supervise activities related to environmental regulations, including refrigerant management and energy efficiency.
- Perform other related and complementary tasks to your position and/or as required by your immediate supervisor.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
- Electromechanical, Electronic, or related engineer.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with an emphasis on air conditioning, electricity, and technical projects.
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial electrical installations, basic automation, and energy efficiency.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and maintenance management software (CMMS).
