About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This is an administrative role focused on managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process from receiving requisitions to the successful onboarding of new hires. The main objective is to ensure the attraction, evaluation, and hiring of talent aligned with organizational needs.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Coordinating and executing recruitment and selection processes.
- Verifying and organizing required documentation for new hires.
- Registering new employees in internal systems and coordinating onboarding logistics.
- Building relationships with educational institutions to source candidate profiles.
- Supporting induction and onboarding processes.
- Following up on training plans for new employees.
- Creating and updating job profiles and process documentation.
- Organizing job fairs and maintaining talent pools by area.
- Proposing improvements to standardize recruitment processes.
- Supporting succession planning activities.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Specialized studies in Human Resources (preferred).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.
