A/P International

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INTERNATIONAL:

Position responsible for coordinating payments to international and/or local suppliers in foreign currency; registering in the accounts payable module in foreign currency; following up on payments for all services and commitments of the company.

What can you expect in as a A/P International at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?

• Schedule payments to be made in dollars, euros, and other currencies.
• Perform dollar funds requisition control.
• Record transactions related to foreign currency disbursements.
• Review payment process and supporting documents. 
• Review accounting records.
• Report disbursements (Bank and check disbursements to *DGA*).
• Handle inter-company charges.
• Perform accounting closing activities.
• Perform sustainability reports.
• Support and upload financial compliance controls.
• Perform other related and complementary tasks to your position and/or as required by your immediate supervisor.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):

• Graduated in Business Administration, Accounting, or related careers.
• Complementary or specialized studies in the financial area.
• English language skills - Intermediate-advanced level.
• Knowledge of MS Office package.
• Knowledge of tax laws (taxes).
• Minimum experience 1 to 2 years in similar positions.
