Role: Trade & Brand Activation Manager

 

Location: France - We are flexible where in France this role is based

 

Contract: Full-time, 212-day annual work schedule

Key responsibilities

Brand and Category Activation

  • Co-develop and execute the annual activation strategy and sales cycle
  • Lead market-specific activation projects
  • Manage relationships with trade publications and official listings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials (POS, brochures, presentations)
  • Monitor industry trends and propose improvements to brand tactics

Budget Management

  • Monitor and manage the sales and marketing budget to meet national targets
  • Allocate resources to maximize brand impact and ROI
  • Ensure availability of effective sales and marketing tools
  • Develop and optimize sell-in/sell-out materials

Sales Force Support

  • Provide reports on activation KPIs and budget tracking
  • Contribute to national and regional sales meetings with market insights and updates
  • Deliver product training using the CAB model

Market Analysis

  • Deliver monthly performance reports and market insights
  • Identify untapped opportunities and pricing strategies aligned with global positioning

Commercial Plan Execution

  • Support the development and implementation of the commercial plan through market analysis, pricing, and activation strategy

 

What we’re looking for

  • A proactive, autonomous mindset with strong ownership
  • Structured thinking and solid project management skills
  • Ability to turn strategy into actionable plans
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, and BI tools (Power BI, Cognos)
  • Fluency in English
