JOB TITLE - Senior Strategic Brand Activation Manager (Next Generation Products)
LOCATION - Copenhagen
HOURS - 37 hours
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re growing our Next Generation Products (NGP) team with a new global role focused on building and scaling brand activation strategies for our flagship nicotine pouch brand. As Senior Strategic Brand Activation Manager, you’ll lead the development of global campaigns and toolkits that drive consumer engagement, brand equity, and commercial performance across diverse markets.
Reporting directly to the Brand Director, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how our brand connects with adult consumers around the world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design and lead global brand activation strategies across markets and consumer journeys.
- Develop activation toolkits and messaging frameworks that bring brand strategy to life.
- Lead 360° global campaign development for product launches, ensuring global relevance with local resonance.
- Manage creative and digital agency partnerships to deliver high-impact, consistent brand experiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize toolkit effectiveness.
- Collaborate and partner closely with markets to provide activation guidance and ensure alignment.
- Contribute to category P&L performance through insight-driven brand initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5–10 years of experience in brand activation, consumer marketing, or campaign strategy—preferably in FMCG.
- A track record in developing integrated campaigns across digital, retail, experiential, and trade.
- Strong consumer and shopper insight skills, paired with a commercial mindset.
- A proactive, growth-oriented attitude with a drive to innovate and lead change.
- Experience in matrix organizations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a relevant degree.
This role supports marketing to adult consumers aged 18+ (or as legally defined).
