POSITION SUMMARY: |
We are excited about hiring a Sales Systems Manager for our European markets. In this role, you will be optimizing sales systems and driving growth, supporting the overall commercial agenda across Europe as part of STG’s ambitious goals. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the respective sales operation departments as well as other strategic business partners. Reporting to the Head of Sales Excellence and Innovation, you'll shape sales efficiency and driving excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- CRM Management: Maintain and develop the Salesforce CRM to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the sales team.
- T&T Software Coordination: Act as the European SPOC for T&T software (Osapiens), ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- CRM Utilization Maturity: Drive the maturity development of CRM utilization across markets, ensuring consistent and advanced use of CRM tools to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales systems and technology and share with the local owners in the markets
- Innovation: Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance sales system capabilities and support business growth, with particular focus on AI
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: |
- + 5 years experience in a commercial FMCG function
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Proven track record of project management and strong understanding of sales processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate on all levels
- The experience and ability to prioritize what is important and has a high impact
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Drive the change, think strategic and challenge the status quo
- A self-starter, independent worker, like to improve processes and/or finding ways to improve
