ABOUT THE ROLE: We have an exciting opportunity for a People Development Manager to join our newly established team. As the People Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing our global people development processes & initiatives, fostering employee growth, and driving a performance culture across Scandinavian Tobacco Group.
This role requires someone who can learn fast, build strong relationships with the business, and go above and beyond to deliver results. You will report to the People Development Director and be an integral part of the Global HR team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
• Driving, developing & implementing processes to ensure organizational health, talent development, and succession planning
• Hands-on management of organizing, implementing, and evaluating development programs/initiatives to grow employees' capabilities
• Driving and growing D&I agenda & ambassador network to foster employee engagement, innovation & build a more inclusive workplace
• Designing and implementing online process training and toolkits
• Supporting leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders
• Supporting the talent agenda through different initiatives throughout the year • Supporting employee engagement by creating initiatives to improve morale, development & recognition
• Establishing and tracking metrics to measure the impact and ROI of development programs
• Building strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and deliver targeted solutions
• Contributing to employee engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
• 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related fields
• Project management and organizational skills
• Expertise in developing and implementing HR processes
• Experience implementing & evaluating training programs
• Experience running D&I initiatives
• Proven track record of successfully implementing people development initiatives
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly connect with business leaders
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
• Results-oriented with a hands-on approach to execution
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional projects
• Resilience and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
