LOCATION - Copenhagen (DK, HQ)
HOURS – Full time
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager/Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruiting operations. It is likely you'll have worked as a manager of at least 10-15 Recruiters & Sourcers previously, are familiar with in-house, consulting and/or RPO recruiting. As the in-house manager of a RPO Recruiting function, you will be owning the recruiting strategy and output for your domain while making sure we do the right things in the right ways. Leading your team ‘from the front’, you will guide the team with ambition and clear expectations. With us, you will have the opportunity to scale-up our recruiting function and build on a very strong foundation. We are now looking to elevate the way we recruit across the globe. You will be part of the Global People Development Function, and report directly into our Senior Director, Global People Development & Talent Attraction.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Building and owning a hiring strategy that enables the business to scale up; including effective sourcing strategies, process’ & tools, diversity, talent brand & marketing, and operational excellence
- Leadership, coaching and management of Recruiters and supporting Talent Sourcing and Talent Acquisition partners (remote)
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all hiring managers and departments to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process
- Operationally take on Senior Director, VP and Executive Board recruitments for the HQ
- Innovative use of sourcing tools maximising applications and efficient screening of all applicants as we shortlist
- Lead team to deliver on recruitment process and support (e.g. scheduling, compliance, governance etc)
- Effective use of reporting & insights to develop and track performance
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
- Prior experience of leading a talent acquisition team of minimum 10
- Strong leadership skills - you lead by example setting the right example to the team as a whole
- Able to lead, influence through data and make data informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail
- Possessing a true growth mindset and looking to consistently develop skills
- Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders in English.
