Executive Assistant
 

ABOUT THE ROLE  

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO for Scandinavian Tobacco Group, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support and become a trusted collaboration partner. In this role, your ability to stay one step ahead—managing priorities, coordinating activities, and ensuring excellent communication—will be essential. 

You will act as a central link between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that information flows seamlessly and that strategic priorities are executed efficiently. As a valued colleague with other Executive Assistants, you will help keep workflows efficient and processes well-organized. 

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? 

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and key activities 
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting 
  • Plan and arrange meetings, workshops and Town Halls on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare, consolidate and proof-read material and presentations for meetings and act as point of contact for participants 
  • Support CEO with inquiries (internal/external), and mail correspondence 
  • Develop and maintain platforms to enable easy access to information 
  • Participate in meetings, capture decisions in meeting minutes and ensure filing 

 

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

You are the go-to person - structured, proactive, and adaptable - able to manage complex tasks in a dynamic, international environment. 

We’re looking for someone who is: 

  • Highly organized, structured and detail-oriented, able to balance multiple priorities 
  • A strong communicator, engaging effectively across all levels of the organization 
  • Adaptable and proactive, bringing structure while remaining open-minded and solution driven 
  • Calm under pressure, maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in demanding situations 
  • A “people-person” who can build a network and work with stakeholders 
  • A great sense of integrity and business understanding 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills 

 

Additionally, experience in: 

  • Executive-level secretarial support within a global business 
  • Planning, coordination, and communication in a large international organization
