ABOUT THE ROLE
We are excited about hiring a Sales Operations Manager for our Denmark & Sweden region. In this role, you will lead vital functions, optimizing sales operations and driving growth with a specific focus on supporting the overall commercial agenda across the region as part of Scandinavian Tobacco Group's ambitious growth goals. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the sales and marketing teams as well as other strategic business partners. Reporting to the Sales Operations Director Europe, you'll shape sales efficiency, fostering excellence.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the sales efficiency of Denmark & Sweden regions in close collaboration with local teams
- Lead the overall data analysis development and leverage on our internal and external data
- Define the route to market strategy in collaboration with Key Account and Sales teams
- Define distribution strategy in the region
- Manage local external projects with reference to sales systems to focus on optimization & compliance
- Initiate & lead commercial projects related to sales development & sales systems
- Lead, mentor and train the local sales operations team
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED
- +5 years experience in a commercial FMCG function and 3 years previous leadership roles
- Advanced commercial and strategic mindset
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, lead, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Proven track record of project management and translating insights into commercial actions
- Degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills
- Native in Danish or Swedish and fluent in English
- Experience in working with Salesforce (CRM) and SAP (ERP) is a plus
- Ability to drive the change, think strategic and challenge the status quo
