Brand Activation Manager

JOB TITLE - Brand Activation Manager  

 

LOCATION – Denmark 

 

HOURS - Full-time, 37 hours per week 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Brand Activation Manager to take the lead on local brand activation across Denmark and Sweden. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating global strategies into impactful, locally relevant activations that drive brand performance and support STG’s commercial growth ambitions in the region. 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Northern Europe, you will work closely with global brand teams, sales, and sales operations to craft and deliver activations that resonate with consumers and elevate brand presence in market. 

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? 

  • Lead local brand activation efforts across the region, ensuring consistent alignment with global brand strategy. 

  • Drive channel-specific activation plans tailored to market dynamics and consumer behaviors. 

  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to ensure brand activities support the wider business agenda. 

  • Manage execution of annual sales cycle campaigns and trade marketing initiatives. 

  • Analyze market, competitor, and consumer insights to continuously refine activation strategies. 

  • Oversee the local roll-out of NPD (New Product Development) launches, promotions, and campaigns. 

  • Manage local agency relationships and external service providers to deliver high-quality activations. 

  • Support cross-functional teams in the creation and execution of yearly business plans. 

  • Track performance of activation initiatives and adjust strategy based on data and learnings. 

 

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED? 

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on local brand activation within FMCG or consumer goods. 

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful activation campaigns. 

  • Strong analytical and project management skills. 

  • Commercially minded with experience contributing to category P&L. 

  • Confident communicator in English and local language (Danish or Swedish). 

  • Collaborative and agile, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. 

  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams. 

  • Relevant degree in marketing, business, or related field.
