Purpose of the Position
Execute technical and administrative tasks focused on analyzing, developing, and maintaining software for the Central America division. Location Honduras American Tabaco, S.A., Danli, El Paraiso.
This position reports directly to the IT Manager, who provides general guidance and direction. The role also coordinates the search for continuous improvement alternatives within the company and supports the development of new tools that facilitate users’ daily work.

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in database management and design.
- Strong ability to analyze and design processes.
- Bilingual proficiency (English – Spanish).

Position Responsibilities
1. Define and implement guidelines to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
2. Provide technical assistance and logistical support to users in factory departments (HR, Payroll, Production, and others).
3. Ensure the integrity and availability of information to maintain high service levels.
4. Guarantee compliance with established policies, procedures, and processes according to planning.
5. Ensure newly developed programs remain accessible and understandable for other programmers, promoting maintainability and collaboration.
6. Maintain communication with the STG Dominican Republic team to receive updates and new instructions.
7.Provide support for information systems and ensure the proper functioning of assigned technological equipment.
8. Plan and communicate departmental activities and work tasks.
9. Deliver high-quality service to users by providing efficient solutions to support their daily operations.
10. Monitor and evaluate the performance of systems and applications, proposing improvements that enhance productivity and reduce operational risks.
