Treasury Officer 

LOCATION - Lisbon, Portugal 

HOURS - 40 hours 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE -  

We have an incredible opportunity for a Treasury Officer to join our SDO team. As a Treasury Officer you will be responsible for performing day-to-day treasury operations, maintaining bank accounts lists and assisting in various financial activities. This position involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective cash management and support overall financial objectives. 

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? 

  • Engage in learning and development activities, seeking guidance from senior and team lead 

  • Perform day-to-day treasury activities under supervision of RTR Solution Lead 

  • Support in ad hoc payment request review and check availability of funds 

  • Execute and monitor routine bank transactions, including payments, receipts, and account transfers 

  • Perform bank statement processing and investigate and clear uncleared items with QTC and STP teams in SDO 

  • Maintain list of bank accounts 

  • Regular communication with business and finance stakeholders 

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury operations 

 

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED? 

  • Total experience of 1-2 years in treasury operations or related financial roles within a Shared Service Center or similar environment 

  • Knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, bank management and cash flow forecasting  

  • Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial software 

  • Strong communication skills and attention to details
