This initiative involves leveraging the latest technologies, enhancing system capabilities, and adopting best practices in SAP solutions. The goal is to create a more efficient, agile, and integrated SAP landscape that supports our business objectives and enhances overall performance.

Role summary:

As an SAP S2P Functional Expert at Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG), you will be responsible for the configuration and implementation of the SAP Source to Pay (S2P) processes, including Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Accounts Payable. You will analyze requirements, set up master data, organizational structures, and processes for strategic sourcing, operational procurement, and invoice management. You will also implement and integrate OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution with SAP, configure and customize Ivalua's Source-to-Pay suite (eSourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procure-to-Pay), as well as develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements. You’d also be in charge to perform testing, troubleshooting, and support.

What can you expect as an SAP S2P Functional Expert at Scandinavian Tobacco Group? Your primary tasks will be:

• Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP S2P modules, OpenText VIM, and Ivalua platforms.
• Design and optimize end-to-end source-to-pay processes to streamline workflows and drive cost savings.
• Implement supplier onboarding processes and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Oversee purchase order creation, approval workflows, and invoice processing using OpenText VIM.
• Perform spend analysis and generate reports to monitor procurement performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP S2P functionality, OpenText VIM, and Ivalua platforms.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; certifications a plus.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in SAP S2P implementation, with expertise in OpenText VIM and Ivalua.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring SAP S2P, OpenText VIM, and Ivalua platforms.
• Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance.
• Project Management: Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
