Role summary: 

As an SAP O2C Functional Lead at Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG), you will be responsible for the configuration and implementation of the SAP Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including Order Management, Delivery, Billing, and Revenue Recognition. You will analyze requirements, set up master data, organizational structures, and processes for sales, distribution, and logistics execution. You’d also customize O2C integrations with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI, etc.), develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements, as well as perform testing, troubleshooting, and support.  

  • Location: Lisbon or Madrid 

  • Working hours: Full-time 

  • Contract type: Direct employment 

 

What can you expect as an SAP O2C Functional Lead at Scandinavian Tobacco Group? Your primary tasks will be: 

  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and best practice / standard solution 

  • Optimize and standardize already existing processes to adhere to architectural guidelines 

  • Integrate with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD) and third-party systems. 

  • Facilitate process alignment workshops and general knowledge sharing sessions with the local business. 

  • Configure and customize SAP systems to support Order-to-Cash processes. 

  • Oversee end-to-end order management process, from creation to fulfillment. 

  • Monitor revenue recognition processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards. 

  • Manage pricing conditions, discounts, and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. 

  • Implement credit management policies and monitor customer credit limits. 

  • Generate reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement. 

 

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role): 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. 

  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash processes, with proficiency in SAP SD, MM, FI/CO modules. 

  • Technical Skills: Ability to configure and customize SAP systems for Order-to-Cash processes, with a strong understanding of order management and pricing. 

  • Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and integration points between SAP modules. 

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and SAP analytics tools for monitoring performance and KPIs. 

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and lead process improvement initiatives. 

  • Proficiency in English is required.
