JOB TITLE - SAP ERP Support - Source-to-Pay

LOCATION - Lisbon or Madrid

HOURS - 40 hours

ABOUT THE ROLE -

We have an exciting opportunity for an SAP ERP Support - Source-to-Pay role to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on the Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, ensuring efficient and compliant procurement and accounts payable operations.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on the Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including procurement, sourcing, contract management, and accounts payable.
Analyzing and resolving issues related to S2P processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with procurement regulations and standards.
Collaborating with procurement and finance teams to streamline S2P processes and improve system performance.
Developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and user guides for S2P processes and SAP ERP functionalities.
Participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects related to S2P processes.
Staying updated on SAP ERP best practices, procurement regulations, and industry trends.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

Proven experience in providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, contract management, and accounts payable.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to S2P processes within SAP ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with procurement regulations, best practices, and compliance requirements.
