SAP ERP Support - Source-to-Pay

JOB TITLE - SAP ERP Support - Source-to-Pay 
 

LOCATION - Lisbon or Madrid 
 

HOURS - 40 hours 
 

ABOUT THE ROLE - 

We have an exciting opportunity for an SAP ERP Support - Source-to-Pay role to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on the Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, ensuring efficient and compliant procurement and accounts payable operations. 
 

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? 

  • Providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on the Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including procurement, sourcing, contract management, and accounts payable. 
  • Analyzing and resolving issues related to S2P processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with procurement regulations and standards. 
  • Collaborating with procurement and finance teams to streamline S2P processes and improve system performance. 
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and user guides for S2P processes and SAP ERP functionalities. 
  • Participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects related to S2P processes. 
  • Staying updated on SAP ERP best practices, procurement regulations, and industry trends. 
     

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED? 

  • Proven experience in providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. 
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, contract management, and accounts payable. 
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to S2P processes within SAP ERP systems. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Good communication and documentation skills. 
  • Familiarity with procurement regulations, best practices, and compliance requirements.
