Job Title: SAP ERP Support – Source-to-Pay (SAP MM Consultant)
Location: Lisbon
Flexible working: Hybrid working model - 2 days in the office + 3 remote
Key criteria for the role:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a SAP MM Consultant
- Proven experience with Customizing
- SAP SD knowledge would be desirable
- Will work with latest SAP S4 Hana Technology
- Hybrid role, between Support and Project
- Potential to travel 10% of the time
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for an SAP ERP Support - Source-to-Pay (SAP MM Consultant) role to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on the Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, ensuring efficient and compliant procurement and accounts payable operations.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on the Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including procurement, sourcing, contract management, and accounts payable.

Analyzing and resolving issues related to S2P processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with procurement regulations and standards.

Developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and user guides for S2P processes and SAP ERP functionalities.

Participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects related to S2P processes.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP MM consultant or in similar role within SAP environments. SAP VIM experience will be desirable but not mandatory.

Configuration and Customizing: Configure and customize the SAP MM module, including materials management, inventory management, contract management, procurement, purchasing, vendor management and accounts payable.

Proven experience in providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
