Role Summary:

We are looking for a Product Owner – ServiceNow HRSD to lead the transformation of our HR Service Delivery platform. In this role, you will act as the bridge between global HR stakeholders and our technical ServiceNow team, translating complex HR processes into scalable digital solutions that improve employee experience.

You will own the HRSD roadmap, support the delivery of key ServiceNow initiatives, and ensure that HR workflows and services are effectively designed, implemented, and adopted across regions.

 

What can you expect as a Product Owner – ServiceNow HRSD at Scandinavian Tobacco Group? Your primary tasks will be:

 

Product Ownership & Vision

  • Own the HRSD product roadmap and translate HR requirements into clear user stories
  • Prioritize the product backlog to ensure the most impactful features are delivered
  • Ensure solutions create a seamless digital HR experience for employees

Project Delivery & Implementation

  • Manage implementation activities and ensure ServiceNow initiatives are delivered on time
  • Coordinate sprint planning, track progress, and manage delivery milestones across teams and time zones
  • Support the rollout and continuous improvement of HR Service Delivery capabilities

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR leaders and stakeholders to simplify HR workflows such as onboarding, case management, and employee service center operations
  • Act as the key liaison between HR and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities and business needs

 

Governance & Compliance

  • Manage stakeholders across different regions and ensure solutions reflect local legal and compliance requirements
  • Ensure global HR processes are aligned with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and regional labor regulations

 

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matters the most for this role):

Experience

  • Proven experience working with the ServiceNow HRSD module
  • Experience working in HR technology, HR transformation, or digital HR projects
  • Experience working with multinational teams and global stakeholders

 

Technical & Functional Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of HR service delivery processes and HR digital platforms
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Understanding of system capabilities and limitations within the ServiceNow platform

 

Ways of Working

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Ability to manage backlogs, facilitate sprint planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable balancing product ownership and project management responsibilities

 

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work across functions and regions
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Adoption Rate: Level of employee adoption of HR service portals and digital workflows
  • Time-to-Value: Speed of delivering new features from concept to deployment
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Alignment and satisfaction of HR teams across region
