LOCATION - Lisbon, Portugal

ABOUT THE ROLE -
We have an incredible opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our SDO Team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day Reporting & Analytics operations. This position involves collaborating with various departments, support Finance Business Partners and Group FP&A with preparing financial plan / rolling forecast and standard entity level management reports and providing insights to contribute to strategic decision-making within the organization.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Engage in learning and development activities, seeking guidance from senior and team lead

Actively participate in functional and technical training related to ERP Systems, consolidation and management reporting tools to enhance knowledge

Organize and clean up data in forecasting tool to be utilized by Group FP&A and Finance Business Partners in preparation of rolling forecast

Perform analysis of data in forecasting tool and determine clarifications required

Support in analyzing simple variances and communicate with Finance Business Partners and key stakeholders on the explanations and insights

Ensure the first draft of financial plan / rolling forecast is ready in a forecasting tool for FBPs and Group FP&A teams

Support Group FP&A in further ad-hoc tasks required for financial plan / rolling forecast preparation

Prepare standardized management reporting on the entity level

Support in obtaining timely sign-offs on management reports and forecasted data

Collaborate with Group FP&A, Finance Business Partners and operational teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with business strategies

Proactively raise issues/concerns if any which can impact the performance of activities within timelines
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

Total relevant FP&A and management reporting experience of 1-2 Years
-
Knowledge of finance forecasting and management reporting activities

Understanding of financial modeling and data analysis

Strong Excel, analytical and quantitative skills
-
Familiarity with financial forecasting software and ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4 HANA)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
-
Strong communication skills and attention to details
