ABOUT THE ROLE
At Scandinavian Tobacco Group European Sales Cluster, we are dedicated to utilizing data to drive business success. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to maximize the value of our data through accurate sales & marketing analysis, actionable insights, and forecasting. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales and marketing teams to accelerate growth and efficiency.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Sales Performance Management: conduct target and performance analyses, monitor campaign performance and KPIs, provide recommendations and actionable insights.
- Sales Excellence: drive value from data sources ensuring sales efficiency, visualize and maintain KPIs in Microsoft Power BI.
- Key User CRM (Salesforce): maintenance, first-line support and coaching of the Field Force.
- Category & Market Analysis: perform category analysis and derive insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: involvement in cross-functional projects.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years in sales operations or a data/insights role; FMCG experience is highly advantageous.
- Native-level Italian and fluent English required.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to extract insights from complex data.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM systems (Salesforce), and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
