We’re Hiring: Store Keeper

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in accurate inventory control, and contributes to smooth warehouse and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Goods Receiving & Verification

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices

• Ensure all received items meet required quality and quantity standards before acceptance

Inventory Management & Stock Control

• Store materials neatly and systematically in designated storage locations to ensure easy identification and retrieval

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and transactions using inventory management systems (including SAP)

• Conduct routine and periodic stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances between physical stock and system records

Warehouse Organization & Safety

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and well maintained at all times

• Follow proper storage, handling, and safety procedures to minimize damage, loss, or safety risks

Reporting & Documentation

• Accurately prepare and maintain inventory documentation and reports

• Support internal audits and inspections by providing up-to-date inventory records

Requirements & Qualifications

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification

• Diploma in Inventory Management or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk, or in a similar role

• Working knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems will be a strong advantage

• Strong Excel skills and basic computer literacy

• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation

• Ability to understand and communicate in English
