IT Support Administrator – Desktops, Networks & Infrastructure

Are you passionate about technology and enjoy solving problems? We are looking for an energetic and motivated IT Support Administrator to join the STG team and play a key role in supporting our users, systems, and infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who wants to grow their skills while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our IT Support team, you will be responsible for:

• Resolving IT support tickets efficiently and professionally

• Providing technical support for end-user devices including PCs, laptops, and printers

• Supporting users with Microsoft applications, Office 365, and business/production systems

• Maintaining and troubleshooting company peripherals such as Android production scanners, security cameras, and projectors

• Assisting with basic network and infrastructure tasks, including cabling replacement, access point checks, and switch troubleshooting

• Managing IT asset inventory and ensuring systems are kept up to date with timely upgrades

• Ensuring the security, integrity, and privacy of company networks and computer systems

• Supporting IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role

• Good working knowledge of desktop support, networking basics, and Microsoft technologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English

• A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
