HR Generalist

We are hiring for an HR Generalist who will be responsible for:

 

Managing and coordinating activities relating to the Intranet (People Hub) and HRIS.

  • Employment Data entering, Changes, Updates, and monitoring
  • Job Posting and Onboarding for Desk Workers
  • Guiding everyone to familiarize themselves with the new technological implementation along with People Hub and HRIS.
  • Data collection and reporting to Management

 

Training & Development

  • Skill Matrix Preparation and Updates
  • Assisting with training needs analysis
  • Implement the Annual Training Plan
  • Pre and Post arrangements

 

Leave Management

  • Monitoring and issuing the applicable leave for employees
  • Updates, Changes, Reports, and data to finance

 

Communication

  • Corner Magazine – Local Newsletter
  • Coordinating Global Communications
  • Workplace dialogue – Coordinate the Townhall meetings
  • Company calendar Arrangements

 

Digitalization

  • Process improvement in aligning with the Digitalization Concept
  • Designing, Formats, Microsoft Forms, etc.

 

Basic requirements:

  • Strong 3–4-year HR Background with a Degree specializing in HR or Business Management or Equivalent Professional Qualification
  • Qualifications and experience in the Data and Technology field Ex: - HRIS, Ms Office
  • Fluent English is a must (Written and Spoken)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Experience in a large-scale, Industrial, or Manufacturing environment is an added advantage
