HR Generalist
We are hiring for an HR Generalist who will be responsible for:
Managing and coordinating activities relating to the Intranet (People Hub) and HRIS.
- Employment Data entering, Changes, Updates, and monitoring
- Job Posting and Onboarding for Desk Workers
- Guiding everyone to familiarize themselves with the new technological implementation along with People Hub and HRIS.
- Data collection and reporting to Management
Training & Development
- Skill Matrix Preparation and Updates
- Assisting with training needs analysis
- Implement the Annual Training Plan
- Pre and Post arrangements
Leave Management
- Monitoring and issuing the applicable leave for employees
- Updates, Changes, Reports, and data to finance
Communication
- Corner Magazine – Local Newsletter
- Coordinating Global Communications
- Workplace dialogue – Coordinate the Townhall meetings
- Company calendar Arrangements
Digitalization
- Process improvement in aligning with the Digitalization Concept
- Designing, Formats, Microsoft Forms, etc.
Basic requirements:
- Strong 3–4-year HR Background with a Degree specializing in HR or Business Management or Equivalent Professional Qualification
- Qualifications and experience in the Data and Technology field Ex: - HRIS, Ms Office
- Fluent English is a must (Written and Spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Experience in a large-scale, Industrial, or Manufacturing environment is an added advantage
