INTERNATIONAL SALES & MARKETING GRADUATE PROGRAMME

Move from apprentice to FMCG master in just 16 months – and have the time of your life tackling challenges you probably didn’t learn about in grad school.

The International Graduate Programme is a 16-month programme for recent university graduates. Organised into modules lasting two to six months, the programme is highly international and includes a stay in (typically) a European country, the United States or Canada.

As an International Graduate, you’ll work with a wide range of challenging tasks with different departments and subsidiaries around the world. Working with a high-performance but informal team, you will receive coaching from Scandinavian Tobacco Group’s Human Resources department, your sponsors and a personal mentor throughout the Programme. In addition to broad knowledge of our products and various departments, you will gain unique insight into our value chain, improve your ability to work with tactical strategic matters, and start building international experience and an international network.
