Costing Technical Support

An administrative position whose primary responsibility is provide technical support for costing processes, ensuring the proper preparation, maintenance, and updating of cost information in the organization's local and international systems.
What can you expect as a Costing Technical Support at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?
• Develop and maintain cost sheets for different product categories.
• Maintain cost information in local and international systems, including Oracle.
• Monitor and track approvals and activations of items (individual items, boxes, and finished products).
• Provide support for costing processes in Honduras and the Dominican Republic.
• Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timely updating of cost information in the systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as SST, NPD, and Operations to support daily business needs.
• Perform other duties related to the position or assigned by your immediate supervisor.
What Skills and expertise will be required?
• Bachelor's degree or advanced technical degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Academic background that includes knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, or budget control. (preferred)
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle and/or SAP).
• Experience working with financial and operational data.
• Experience in high-volume operational environments is desirable.
• Knowledge of English (intermediate to advanced).
• Previous experience in similar positions (1 or 2 years preferred).
