As our new Retail Associate, you will be part of the retail team and play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service, supporting store operations, and maintaining an engaging shopping experience. You will work closely with colleagues and customers to drive sales, present merchandise effectively, and support daily store activities. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of retail operations while growing your skills in a dynamic environment.

What your day will look like

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience through friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service.
  • Building positive relationships with customers through active engagement and product discussions.
  • Supporting sales activities and achieving store performance goals.
  • Maintaining merchandise presentation standards and replenishing inventory as needed.
  • Assisting with in-store events and promotions.
  • Operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting day-to-day operational activities to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
  • Following company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

What you'll bring

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to climb step ladders and restock merchandise shelving.
  • Ability to work in a cigar-friendly, smoking environment.
  • Ability to operate or learn retail Point-of-Sale systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated interest in sales, merchandising, or customer engagement.
