Are you an experienced forklift operator who takes pride in safety, accuracy, and efficiency? Do you want to play a key role in warehouse operations and inventory management? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
As our new Order Selector Operator, you will be part of the Operations & Warehouse Team and play an important role in processing customer orders and supporting inventory replenishment activities. You will work closely with warehouse leadership and team members to ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and safe warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity to contribute directly to operational performance in a dynamic environment.
What your day will look like
- Operate forklifts and use RF mobile scanning devices to process customer orders and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Process shipments by scanning products, applying shipping labels, and preparing freight pallets for LTL shipments.
- Perform case picking and inventory movements to replenish warehouse pick locations.
- Conduct cycle counts for overstock locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Prioritize operational safety and inventory accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Follow warehouse procedures and quality standards to support efficient operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
What you’ll bring
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Minimum of one (1) year of forklift operating experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across the organization.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds, with lifting activities potentially exceeding 100 repetitions per shift.
- Ability to lift and/or move items weighing more than 70 pounds.
- Ability to frequently perform physical activities including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and crouching.
