As our new Cook, you will be part of the kitchen team and play an important role in preparing and executing high-quality menu items while maintaining operational excellence during service. You will work closely with fellow kitchen team members to ensure efficient food preparation, consistency, and a smooth guest experience. This is a great opportunity to contribute to an established upscale restaurant environment while further developing your culinary skills.

What your day will look like

  • Preparing and executing menu items to the highest quality standards.
  • Following established recipes, portioning requirements, and plating guidelines.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
  • Assisting with food preparation and station setup before service.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and successful service periods.
  • Supporting overall kitchen operations while adhering to company and food safety standards.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen fundamentals.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Compensation

  • Salary range: $29/hr
