ABOUT THE ROLE…

We are seeking a part-time, hardworking dishwasher to join our back of house team. This person plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation and kitchen efficiency while supporting chefs throughout service.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.
• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment safely.
• Keep the dish area, kitchen floors and workstations clean and free of hazards.
• Empty trash and recycling.
• Restock all clean items to designated areas.
• Follow all NYC Department of health regulations and standards.
