- Weekly creation and analysis of inventory reconciliation reports between our subcontracted 3PL service suppliers and our internal ERP systems.
- Creation and maintenance of inventory accuracy reporting on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Timely reporting and resolution of any issues affecting inventory accuracy, some of which require alignment with stakeholders in other functions before correcting.
- Monitoring of creation and booking of Purchase Orders at our subcontracted warehouses.
- Supporting and reporting of yearly Physical Inventory process within subcontracted 3PL service suppliers under our responsibility.
- Preparation and analysis for local market destruction/scrapping process, including documentation and process execution (under customs supervision).
- Support in management and reconciliation of regional “car stock”.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Supply Chain management.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Focus on Quality and Accuracy.
- Analytical and able to work independently.
- Competent with all MS Office applications (Excel proficiency is a must!)
- Comfortable working with remote manager.
- Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexible and a quick learner.
- Experience with ERP systems, currently AX (SAP is preferred!)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Languages: Fluent written/spoken English required. Additional written/spoken German, Spanish, Italian, French, or Dutch is welcome.
- Travel: Occasional <5% within region, normally within same day.
