Are you passionate about turning brand and commercial strategy into activation that drives real impact with consumers? Do you want to be the critical link between Brand Marketing and Commercial teams across Nordics and UK? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
As our new Marketing Manager – Nordics and UK, you will be part of the Trade & Activation team and play an important role in translating brand and commercial strategies into impactful market activation plans that drive adult consumer engagement, strengthen brand equity, and deliver commercial growth across France and Spain. You will work closely with Brand Marketing and Commercial teams, reporting to the Marketing Manager, to ensure our brands come to life consistently and effectively across channels, customers, and consumer touchpoints. This is a great opportunity to act as the critical link between brand strategy and commercial execution in an international organization.
What your day will look like
In this role, you will typically focus on:

Own the activation agenda for our Nordics and UK Markets, translating brand and commercial priorities and channel-specific strategies into impactful market programs.

Develop and execute annual activation plans that drive adult consumer recruitment, engagement, retention, and brand preference across the portfolio.

Partner closely with Sales and Key Account teams to build customer activation plans that strengthen distribution, visibility, conversion, and category growth.

Translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into activation programs that create measurable commercial impact.

Manage the development and deployment of activation toolkits, point-of-sale materials, and execution standards to ensure consistent market execution.

Monitor activation performance, evaluate ROI, and continuously optimize investment allocation to maximize effectiveness, contributing to annual commercial planning.
What you’ll bring
-
Significant experience in Brand Activation, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Consumer Engagement, or Commercial Marketing, ideally within tobacco, nicotine, FMCG, beverages, or other regulated consumer goods industries.

Proven track record of developing and executing activation programs that deliver measurable commercial results, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, shopper dynamics, and route-to-market strategies.

A commercially driven mindset, with experience managing activation budgets and optimizing resource allocation across multiple markets to connect investment to business performance and ROI.

Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Insights, and external agency partners, operating effectively within matrix organizations.

A proactive, growth-oriented attitude with a passion for execution of excellence and continuous improvement.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English, and a Nordics language.
