You turn brand strategy into market momentum
As our new Marketing Manager for the Nordics, you sit at the intersection of Brand Marketing and Commercial - the critical link that ensures our brands come to life consistently across channels, customers, and consumer touchpoints. Working within the Trade & Activation team, you own the activation agenda for the region, translating brand and commercial priorities into programmes that drive adult consumer engagement, strengthen brand equity, and deliver commercial growth.
You develop and execute annual activation plans across the portfolio, partnering closely with Sales and Key Account teams to build customer activation plans that strengthen distribution, visibility, and conversion. You translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into programmes that create measurable commercial impact — and you make sure every activation toolkit, POS material, and execution standard lands consistently across markets.
In addition, your responsibilities will include:
• Lead channel-specific activation strategies across the Nordics portfolio, ensuring programmes connect brand priorities with commercial outcomes
• Manage the development and deployment of activation toolkits, point-of-sale materials, and execution standards to drive consistency across markets
• Drive activation excellence — ensuring plans are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable business outcomes
• Monitor activation performance, evaluate ROI, and continuously optimise investment allocation to maximise effectiveness
• Contribute to annual commercial planning and support the achievement of market share, revenue, and profitability objectives
You could be the candidate we're looking for, if…
…you bring significant experience in Brand Activation, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Commercial Marketing — ideally within tobacco, nicotine, FMCG, beverages, or other regulated consumer goods industries.
• Proven track record of developing and executing activation programmes that deliver measurable commercial results
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, shopper dynamics, and route-to-market strategies
• Commercially driven mindset with the ability to connect activation investments to business performance and ROI
• Experience managing activation budgets and optimising resource allocation across multiple markets and stakeholders
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language, with strong communication and presentation skills
