Senior SAP BTP Integration Expert

Summary
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the business in development, integration, and improving applications and processes particularly those associated with SAP, and solving problems and changes. You will be part of the IT Department, where you’d be working to deal with common things related to development, changes, incident change requests, process implementations, and others. You will work with amazing experts and will report to the Director of IT Business Applications.

 

What can you expect as a Senior SAP BTP Integration expert
Your primary tasks will include the following:

•    Facilitate the continuous improvement of integrations and new developments.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP integration and development projects.
•    Design, develop, and maintain BTP Integration flows, ABAP applications, make improvements, and reports to meet the specific needs of the organization. 

•    Work on the integration of SAP systems with other applications and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
•    Ensure that the development guidelines, guiding principles, and development governance processes have been adhered.
•    Support our OneProcess business project, global SAP rollout, as SAP Development Expert 
•    Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to SAP landscape development and integration.
•    Optimize and improve existing code to enhance performance and functionality.
•    Document all development and integration work to ensure effective knowledge transfer and system maintainability.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter most for this role):

More specifically, we expect you to have the following characteristics:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

•    Minimum 5+ years of professional experience working with SAP 4/HANA as a developer.
•    Proven expertise in SAP landscape development, and integration with other SAP products and/or non-SAP products using SAP BTP/SAP CI.
•    Experience in leading and facilitating technical workshops.
•    Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team   
•    Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex technical challenges.
•    Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and best practices.
•    Excellent communication skills in words and writing in English. Dutch is preferable but not a must.

 

An advantage would be: 
•    Experience with enterprise-wide solutions (SAP 4/HANA, SAP MDG, Salesforce, O9)
