As our new Brand Manager – Next Generation Products, you will be part of our German Marketing Team and play an important role in driving the brand and portfolio strategy for our next generation products. You will work closely with global category teams, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and commercial sales teams to translate consumer insights into impactful brand and activation plans along the customer and consumer journey. What your day will look like
In this role, you will typically focus on:

Developing and implementing local brand strategy following global category guidance and strategic frame.

Driving the development and launch of new brand campaigns and product initiatives in collaboration with global category and brand owner.

Managing and optimizing the local product portfolio, including lifecycle management, assortment decisions, and portfolio performance.

Leading the development and implementation of brand activations along the customer / consumer journey incl. Digital / CRM (CX)

Feeding into global brand strategy and innovation pipelines to ensure local consumer needs are addressed and met.

Partnering with global and local teams to improve category performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure commercial execution.

Analyzing consumer insights, market trends, competitive developments and local category / brand performance to inform business and innovation decisions.

Collaborating across functions to successfully deliver strategic initiatives and bring brand campaigns alive.
What you'll bring
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Product Management, or a related commercial role.

Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, or similar fast-paced industries, same as in Digital Marketing, CRM and AI, is considered an advantage.

Strong understanding of brand strategy, portfolio management, brand campaign development, and customer / consumer activation plans (B2B/B2C).

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across different functions.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate consumer and market insights into actionable business recommendations.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
