As our new S&OP Manager, North America, you will be part of the Planning & Fulfilment function within Global Operations and play an important role in aligning sales, operations, and supply chain processes to drive business performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and Global Operations to develop integrated demand and supply plans that support both short-term execution and long-term business objectives. What your day will look like

In this role, you will typically focus on: 

Sales & Operations Planning Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the North American region.
  • Ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, inventory strategies, and customer requirements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning discussions and drive consensus on business priorities.
  • Monitor performance against plans and implement corrective actions when required.

Demand & Supply Planning

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams to develop realistic and integrated demand and supply plans.
  • Analyze sales trends, market developments, customer demand patterns, and business requirements to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining high customer service levels.
  • Ensure planning activities support operational efficiency and business objectives.

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and overall supply chain effectiveness.
  • Develop and present performance reporting, KPIs, and actionable insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Leverage data analytics and planning tools to support strategic decision-making.
  • Champion continuous improvement and planning best practices throughout the organization.

Operational Coordination & Risk Management

  • Coordinate with Global Operations and Fulfilment & Distribution teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely customer deliveries.
  • Build strong partnerships with teams across multiple locations, including Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and Richmond, Virginia.
  • Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to mitigate business risks.
  • Support cross-functional projects that improve planning capabilities and operational performance.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
  • Influence stakeholders across functions and locations to drive alignment and successful execution of plans.
  • Promote best practices in planning, inventory management, and fulfilment processes.

What you'll bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing S&OP processes on a regional and/or global scale.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, planning tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions, teams, and geographic locations.
  • Experience leading teams or coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience within a multinational manufacturing, consumer goods, FMCG, or supply chain-driven environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of forecasting methodologies, inventory optimization, and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting large-scale operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Annual Base Salary: $130,000-$135,000/yr

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area, and relevant market benchmarks.
