As our new IT Support Specialist, you will be part of our IT Operations team and play an important role in delivering reliable IT services to colleagues across the organization. You will work closely with users, local teams, and global IT stakeholders to resolve technical issues, support daily operations, and contribute to our ongoing journey toward greater globalization and standardization of IT services. What your day will look like

In this role, you will typically focus on:

• Provide technical support through Service Hub (TOPdesk), ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, and Zscaler VPN.
• Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and guide users through effective solutions.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge base documentation to support consistent service delivery and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to user training and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions.
• Support IT operational excellence by ensuring compliance with IT policies, service agreements, and best practices.
  
  

What you'll bring

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and hardware support.
• Solid understanding of LAN/network environments and strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English skills; experience with Microsoft Azure, SAP-related hardware, telephony systems, point-of-sale solutions, or additional languages is considered an advantage.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 361090 DKK to 541630 DKK corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
