As our new Treasury Officer, you will be part of the Global Treasury team and play an important role in supporting day-to-day treasury operations across multiple STG entities. You will work closely with Finance colleagues, business stakeholders, and banking partners to ensure accurate payment execution, effective cash management, strong financial controls, and continuous process improvements. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your treasury expertise while contributing to the ongoing transformation and harmonization of treasury processes across an international organization.
What your day will look like
In this role, you will typically focus on:
- Monitor and process daily treasury activities, including payments, cash movements, funding transactions, and bank postings, ensuring accurate accounting treatment in SAP.
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts by investigating exceptions, resolving outstanding items, and maintaining high levels of data accuracy.
- Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, cash pooling activities, and funding requirements across multiple entities and currencies.
- Execute and administer treasury-related banking activities, including FX settlements, banking platforms, account maintenance, and corporate card administration.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and segregation-of-duties principles while maintaining appropriate documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities, supporting SAP S/4HANA enhancements, and contributing to treasury transformation initiatives.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience within Treasury, Finance Operations, Accounting, Banking Operations, or a similar environment.
- Hands-on experience with payments, cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial controls, as well as strong Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to investigate and resolve operational issues independently.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA and electronic banking platforms are considered a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from €20,175 to €33,625 corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.
