Senior Project Coordinator, Lisbon, Portugal / Solution Delivery Organization

As our new Senior Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Solution Delivery Organization and play an important role in supporting transformation and business improvement initiatives across STG. Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, you will help ensure projects are delivered effectively, transitions run smoothly, and stakeholders remain engaged throughout the journey.

What your day will look like
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring milestones, deliverables, dependencies and risks are effectively managed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, facilitate decision-making and support the achievement of project objectives.
- Coordinate transition and knowledge transfer activities, including shadowing and reverse shadowing sessions, to facilitate the successful transfer of processes and responsibilities when required.
- Monitor project and transition progress, track action plans and key deliverables, and provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including process maps, operating procedures, stakeholder analyses, meeting minutes, action logs and project trackers.
- Support governance activities by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and reports, and following up on actions and decisions.
- Contribute to communication and change management activities that support stakeholder engagement, adoption and organizational readiness.
- Assist with post-implementation, hyper care and stabilization activities by monitoring progress, tracking issues and supporting the transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working and project management practices to enhance delivery effectiveness and operational excellence.
What you´ll bring
- +5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, business transformation, operational excellence, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different organizational levels.
- A master’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 35.000 to 40.000 annually corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience, and responsibilities.
