As our new SAP Data Management Analyst, you will be part of our Service Delivery Organization (SDO) and play an important role in maintaining the quality, integrity, and governance of financial master data. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, and cross-functional teams to support data management activities, drive continuous improvements, and contribute to a strong global data governance framework. This is a great opportunity to develop your expertise in SAP, finance processes, and master data management within an international organization.

What your day will look like

In this role, you will typically focus on:

• Execute the creation, maintenance, extension, and deactivation of financial master data in line with established standards, procedures, and service levels.
• Manage data requests, changes, and periodic maintenance activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Monitor data quality, identify issues, and support data cleansing and enrichment initiatives across assigned domains.
• Prepare and analyze data quality reports while maintaining transparent audit trails and adherence to governance standards.
• Provide guidance on data-related matters, helping stakeholders resolve issues and comply with data policies and best practices.
• Support SAP master data initiatives, including system upgrades, data migrations, integrations, and continuous improvement projects.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with master data management, data governance, or data quality processes.
• Knowledge of data standards, data governance principles, and data quality management, preferably within finance-related data domains.
• Familiarity with SAP solutions, preferably SAP MDG and SAP FI-CO, or similar enterprise data management platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent English skills and a high level of attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from €20175 to €33625 corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
