Enterprise Solution Architect

Help define our next level
Scandinavian Tobacco Group are transforming the way the Group is organized, working and doing business. Group IT has a pivotal role in enabling the business to succeed with our transformation-programme Fueling the Growth. We are looking for an ambitious Enterprise Solution Architect with a global and innovative mindset, to facilitate discussions at the executive level, while ensuring strong implementation with the technicians. As our new Enterprise Solution Architect, you will work globally with our complex system landscape, and be a key business enabler ensuring our information architecture supports our Group strategy.

 

Your key responsibilities will be to:

 

  • ‘Own’ the overall Group IT Architecture
  • Work closely together with the vendor solution architect and take the responsibility that a consistent solution is established across functions
  • Reviewing, monitoring and coordinating the total business solution
  • Ensure that the delivered solution is in accordance with the agreed scope and success criteria’s
  • Review and evaluate all identified solution issues, custom development requests and specifications
  • Lead integration design from a business perspective and ensure coherent business processes across ERP (and other legacy) systems
  • Provide guidance to business process owners
  • Facilitate business and solution decision making
  • Manage cross-process issues
  • Manage critical system and data structures
  • Support organizational change management in identifying process change needs
  • Make sure that process development and IT development is coordinated

 

The Enterprise Solution Architect will be a part of our Group IT, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Kenneth Messerschmidt and working out of our head office in Søborg.

 

What is needed to succeed?
We have proven architecture capability from a global organization, based on high business acumen and analytical thinking. You are a strong communicator and interactor and know how and who to influence to make things happen - both short-term and long-term. You have change ready mindset and see opportunities for the business in new technologies and know how to apply them. You are analytical (problem, structure and design), an experienced program manager and find passion and motivation in maneuvering in a cross-functional environment. Furthermore, you are a team player with good and interpersonal skills, both across organizations and cultures, and you possess the diplomatic skills to explain, confront and support in a constructively manner. Finally, it is expected that you are fluent in English.
