Retail Sales Associate

JOB BRIEF:

Full time and part-time opportunities for both experienced and entry-level Retail Associates are available. Retail experience preferred but not required. This is an open environment that demands initiative and imagination from all team members. You will gain experience in all aspects of the business including but not limited to sales, merchandise presentation, in-store events, customer service, and all operational functions within the store location. We put an emphasis on creating the perfect customer experience. Social skills and the ability to speak openly with customers is of the utmost importance.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Restock product and perform basic inventory tasks.
  • Operate a Point of Sale system.
  • Answer phones to field call in-orders and general questions.
  • Preform standard cleaning tasks such as sweeping, sanitizing, and emptying trash.
  • Assist in manufacturer events and special promotions.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to engage, connect, and openly speak with customers.
  • Independent thinker, logical, strategic, with a high focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to climb step ladders and restock merchandise shelving.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
