ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Rewards Partner to join our team. As the Global Rewards Partner, you will play a crucial role in executing our rewards strategies and supporting the different Executive Board areas. This hands-on role requires someone who can effectively manage stakeholders, provide expert advice, and drive operational excellence in our rewards programs. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Rewards and Recognition and be an integral part of the Global People & Culture team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Partner directly with People & Culture and business leaders in all regions to deliver, adapt, and continuously improve global rewards programs, ensuring solutions are both globally consistent and locally relevant.
- Act as a proactive business partner to regional and local People & Culture teams, providing on-the-ground support for the implementation of global rewards programs.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of core rewards processes (e.g., salary review, incentive cycles) in partnership with local People & Culture.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for People & Culture and line managers globally to build rewards capability.
- Lead cross-regional projects to harmonize and optimize rewards practices, ensuring alignment with both global standards and local needs.
- Coordinate global benchmarking initiatives and drive the adoption of best practices across all regions.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on pay equity and market competitiveness translating insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Partner with People Tech & Data teams to enhance the quality and accessibility of rewards data globally.
- Build and maintain a global network of rewards champions to share knowledge, surface local issues, and co-create solutions.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring rewards programs are inclusive and resonate across diverse geographies.
WHICH SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED?

- Relevant academic background
- 5+ years' experience in the field of Rewards
- 2+ years' experience in senior stakeholder management
- Experience in working with global teams is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in relevant HR and compensation systems and tools, preferably SAP-SuccessFactors
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Fluency in English
